What's New
EVO’s Discussion Forums Transformed Into the EVO Blog
EVO’s online discussion forums, formerly only for EVO Subscribers, have morphed into a blog for the public. We plan weekly articles from EVO insiders (and outsiders who meet our editorial guidelines) to inspire discussion on M&V topics. This should generate more and better conversation for the benefit of the M&V community, including Subscribers.  Visit EVO’s Blog each Monday, on the EVO homepage, to see the topic of the week or go to http://ipmvp.blogspot.com directly. Subscribers will still benefit from a quarterly summary of any new insights arising from our EVO Blog.

eu.bac the European Building Automation Controls association endorses IPMVP
eu.bac represents many companies which can provide energy performance contracting services to their customers (ESCO). eu.bac realized that rapid development of the energy efficiency market in Europe would be encouraged if all its members used the same M&V method for making savings reports to their customers.
After reviewing all available methods, eu.bac found IMPVP to be most suited to their needs, without restricting the flexibility of their members to design projects or contracts. They noted that use of IPMVP would fit with the European Commission’s Energy Services Directive 32, which references IPMVP as a basis for its general directives. Therefore, at a recent Board meeting, eu.bac endorsed use of IPMVP by all its members for European energy performance contracts.
More information about eu.bac you can find under www.eubac.org.

Non-Energy Benefits of Energy Efficiency Retrofits Survey
The U.S. National Association of Energy Companies (NAESCO) is working to develop a methodology for quantifying the non-energy benefits of energy efficiency projects. It would like ESCO customers in New York State to complete a survey. The survey should not take more than ten minutes to complete.  Please note that customers and individual contacts will remain confidential.   Click here to complete the survey.
