Don Gilligan
Donald Gilligan is the President of the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO), a trade association of about 90 companies that deliver about $7 billion of energy efficiency, demand response and renewable energy projects annually in the US. He coordinates NAESCO’s state and federal advocacy activities in legislative, regulatory and policy forums. He has worked in the energy efficiency industry for 40 years, as a consultant, entrepreneur, and state government official. He is a graduate of Harvard University.
