GHG Quantification Protocol for Energy Efficiency in Commercial and Institutional Buildings A draft protocol which has completed the public review required for the Alberta Offsets System in Canada. It marries IPMVP and ISO 14064-2 to guide project developers in determining energy savings for individual energy efficiency projects and converting them to GHG equivalents which meet the rules of the Alberta Offsets System. As of July 2009 it has yet to be adopted by the Alberta government
